Terms of use

Updated: 29 July 2026

In short

  • Pactors is an information service that matches you with a provider — not a law firm.
  • The service is delivered by a partner company under a contract directly with you.
  • You pay the partner, not us. We add no markup and take no commission from you.
  • Prices and timelines on the site are a guide from the partner's price list. The partner names the final figure.
  • Information on the site is for reference and does not replace advice from a lawyer or a tax specialist.

1. Who delivers the services

The service is run by Individual Entrepreneur MAKSIM MEKHONTSEV (ID 302320361, Georgia) — below “we”, “Pactors”. Full registration details are in the privacy policy.

Pactors does not provide legal, immigration, accounting, tax or banking services. Those are delivered by partners — law firms and licensed specialists in their own jurisdictions. Each partner has their own terms, contract or public offer; those are what govern your service.

What we do:

  • gather and publish reference information on countries and services;
  • match a partner to your case and pass your request to them;
  • stay in touch while you agree terms with the partner.

The criteria we use to select partners are set out on the page “How we vet experts”.

2. Information on the site

Service descriptions, tax rates, thresholds, timelines and document requirements come from public sources and partners' price lists. We cite the source where there is one and date the data: the catalogue was last revised on 12 July 2026.

This is reference information, not legal or tax advice. Laws and the way they're applied change, and your case may differ from the typical one. Decisions made on the strength of the site alone stay with you — check the conditions with the partner or a specialist before you file anything.

Found an inaccuracy? Write to us — we'll correct it and note the date of the fix.

3. Prices

The price on a card is a guide: it comes from the partner's price list as of the revision date and is shown as “from”. We add no markup to it.

The final figure can differ, because it depends on:

  • the tier you choose and the scope of work;
  • the format — doing it remotely by power of attorney usually costs more than in person;
  • government fees, translations, notary and courier delivery — as a rule these are paid separately;
  • your particular situation.

Some services are shown without a price — the partner names it after reviewing your case. Dollar figures next to a price in another currency are converted at a fixed rate as of the revision date, for comparing countries with each other, not for calculations.

4. Payment, contract and refunds

We don't take payment for partners' services. The money goes straight to the partner under their contract with you. Matching a partner and consultations on our side are free for you.

The scope of the service, timelines, payment terms, guarantees and refund conditions are set by the partner's contract or offer. Read them before you pay — especially the refund section and what the price does not include. Since Pactors is not a party to that contract and receives no money from you, only the partner can refund a payment, on their own terms.

If a partner goes quiet or doesn't hold up their end — write to us. We'll look into it and, if needed, match you with another provider. That's our help with matching, not a financial obligation or a refund guarantee.

5. Your request and passing on your contact

By sending the form you ask us to match a provider and agree that we will pass your name, contact and case description to the relevant partner. Without that the consultation is impossible. What exactly we collect and how long we keep it is in the privacy policy.

A request commits you to nothing: you're free not to sign a contract with the partner we matched.

6. Liability

We answer for what we do ourselves:

  • selecting partners in good faith against the stated criteria;
  • passing your request to the relevant partner;
  • publishing information with sources and dates, and correcting mistakes we find.

We are not liable for the quality, timing or outcome of a partner's service, for decisions by government bodies (including visa, residence or registration refusals), or for the consequences of decisions made on the strength of reference material on the site. The site may be temporarily unavailable — no liability arises for interruptions to its operation.

Links to partner sites and external sources are given for convenience; we're not responsible for their content.

7. What you may not do on the site

  • send requests on someone else's behalf without their knowledge;
  • scrape the catalogue, prices and texts for republication;
  • interfere with the site — overload forms, work around limits, break protections.

The texts, the structure of the catalogue and the design of the site belong to us. You may quote with a link to the source.

8. Changes and contact

These terms may change — the current version is always on this page, with the update date at the top. Substantial changes will be flagged on the site.
