1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

• the name you enter in the form;
• contact details: phone, Telegram, WhatsApp or e-mail;
• request details: the service you're after, the country, a description of your case, quiz answers;
• the page the request was sent from.

We do not ask for or store passport details, documents or payment information — you pass those straight to the expert handling your case, under their own contract with you.

3. Why we process the data

• to understand your request and shortlist the options that fit;
• to pass your contact and request details to the right partner expert — the licensed provider we matched to your case. This is how the service works: without your contact the expert cannot hold the consultation;
• to reach you for details of the match.

Your contact goes only to the expert who will handle your request, and only after you agree (the checkbox in the form). We don't sell data and don't pass it to third parties for advertising.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, which you give by ticking the checkbox when you send the form. You can withdraw it at any time (see section 6).

5. How long we keep it

Requests are kept in the service's secured working systems: the request log on our server, the request chat and an archive spreadsheet. No longer than the match and follow-up need, and no more than 3 years from your last contact.

Along with the request we record the date it was sent and the fact that consent was given — this is what lets us show the processing was lawful, whether you ask or a regulator does.

6. Your rights

• find out what data of yours we hold;
• ask us to correct inaccurate data;
• withdraw consent and ask for the data to be deleted.

Write to hello@pactors.io or on Telegram @originalmekhontsev. We'll delete the data within 30 days and confirm it to you. Note: data already passed to an expert with your consent is processed by that expert as a separate controller — we'll help you file the deletion request with them.

7. Cookies, analytics and advertising

The site uses cookies and similar technologies (pixels, browser local storage) in three categories:

• Necessary. These keep the site working: language and theme choice, session storage, spam protection on forms. Without them the site doesn't work properly, so they don't require consent.
• Analytics. Anonymised visit statistics — Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics. They show which pages are useful and help us improve the site. They receive no data from request forms.
• Marketing (retargeting). These let us show you relevant Pactors ads in Yandex.Direct and Google Ads. They use cookies that may be passed to those advertising platforms and processed under their privacy policies.

On your first visit you choose which categories to allow. Analytics and marketing technologies only switch on after you agree; the necessary ones always work. You can change your choice at any time — change cookie settings — or through your browser settings.

8. Changes to this policy

If the policy changes we'll update the date at the top of the page. Substantial changes will be announced on the site.
