What Pactors is

Pactors is an international marketplace for legal, immigration and investment services: one door into 59+ countries — company formation, visas and residence permits, citizenship, bank accounts, accounting, property and travel in one place.

We work as a concierge, not an agency: we don't sell you «our» country, we solve your problem — we match the jurisdiction and a licensed expert, and you pay them directly, 0% markup. It pays off for the experts too: we take marketing and the initial case review off their hands, so you pay their normal rate.

  • An unbiased comparison of 59+ jurisdictions for your case
  • Local experts, selected on licences, client feedback and real cases
  • Every listing states whether it can be done remotely or in person
  • The full team: lawyer, accountant, estate agent, banking specialist

On your own, an agency, or Pactors

The same result can be reached three ways. The difference is the price, the time, and whether you get a straight comparison before you commit.

How it works

Four steps — from enquiry to result

A transparent path with no surprises: at every step you know what's happening and what you're paying for.

1

You send an enquiry

A short form: name, contact and your task in a sentence. A minute of your time. Only we and your expert see it.

2

We review it and match an expert

We go through your case, compare the jurisdictions that fit and match a licensed local expert — our selection criteria are public.

3

A free consultation

The expert gets in touch within one business day, answers your questions and puts the terms in writing. No commitment.

4

Contract and support

You sign directly with the expert and pay their official rate — 0% markup. They stay with you until there's a result.

You pay the expert directly, under contract
We take no prepayment and add nothing on top. Before anything is filed we check your profile for risks — and if the route doesn't fit, we find an alternative.

What people say after going through it

A company in IFZA — in two weeks

«Through Pactors I set up a company in IFZA in two weeks. We compared several free zones on tax and audit requirements, and I picked the one that fitted. They handle the accounting too.»

Alexander
Business owner, Dubai
Freiberufler in Germany — from business plan to filing

«I relocated on the Freiberufler route. From the business plan to filing with the Ausländerbehörde, they handled all of it — translations, bank account and insurance included.»

Elena

Sole trader in two days, 1% tax

«I registered as a sole trader with small-business status in two days and pay 1% tax. We compared it with Armenia and Kazakhstan — Georgia turned out to be the simplest for my profile.»

Four mistakes that cost people money and time

The expensive part of relocating isn't the service — it's undoing the mistakes made before it: repeat fees, fresh document translations, months of waiting for another filing. Pactors closes each of these four traps for you before anything is signed.

You picked the wrong country

You registered where tax is higher or the law is about to change. Undoing it takes longer and costs more than doing it right the first time.

How Pactors handles it

We compare 59+ jurisdictions for you by the numbers — tax, timeline, banks, requirements — and find the one that genuinely fits your profile and budget.

You filed it yourself and got refused

Forms filled in from a YouTube guide or a chatbot, local specifics missed — a refusal, another fee, two or three months gone.

How Pactors handles it

A local expert gets it right the first time: a clear checklist and a document review before anything is filed.

It dragged on and the deadline passed

Your visa is expiring while the paperwork is still «in progress» — and a missed visa window means leaving the country and starting again.

How Pactors handles it

Timelines are agreed on the free consultation, before any contract — and we pick a route that actually makes your date.

You hired a «specialist» with no expertise

Documents full of errors, the bank says no, the permit is rejected — and the «specialist» has already been paid, non-refundably.

How Pactors handles it

We vet every expert before they join: licences, real cases, client feedback — and no grey schemes.

No spam. We'll go through your case before any contract
FAQ

The questions people ask before getting in touch

How is Pactors different from a regular agency?
We're a marketplace, not a middleman taking a cut. We compare the terms of vetted experts across 59+ countries and hand you over to the expert directly. You pay them under their contract with nothing added on top — our job is to find the best option on price, timeline and tax.
If you take no markup, how do you make money?
Local experts benefit from working with us: we take marketing, advertising and client acquisition off their hands. We handle the initial case review and the shortlist of jurisdictions, so they can focus on the work itself. You pay their official rate, and our matching is free for you.
How much does a consultation cost?
With almost every expert the first consultation is free — we go through your request, show the options with real prices and timelines, and only bring the expert in once you've decided. There are rare exceptions: a lawyer's consultation in the UAE, for example, is charged at a fixed rate, and that's always stated up front.
How do you choose the experts?
Licences, real cases, client feedback and response time. And above all: we don't work with grey schemes. There's more on the «How we vet our experts» page.
Who do I pay — you or the expert?
The expert, directly, once you've agreed the terms on the free consultation. Price, timeline and payment schedule are set out in the contract between you and them; we take no prepayment for their work.
Which countries allow remote company formation?
The UAE, Georgia, Armenia and several others let you register without visiting in person. Every listing states the format: remote, in person, or both.
What if it doesn't work out — if the bank refuses, say?
Your expert stays with you until there's a result, and before anything is filed we check your profile for risks rather than working blind. If the chosen route turns out not to fit, we find an alternative. Refund terms depend on the expert and are set out in the contract.
Are my data and documents safe?
We pass your contact details only to the expert you picked, and only once you agree. Documents go straight to them under the contract. There's more in our privacy policy.
How long does it take to open a company or relocate?
It depends on the country: a company in Georgia takes 1–2 days, in the UAE 1–2 weeks; a residence permit takes from a few weeks to a few months. Exact timelines are on every listing.
