Is an apostille needed for CIS countries?
No. Parties to the Minsk Convention on legal assistance accept documents with an ordinary notarised translation, without an apostille or consular legalisation.
Does the apostille price include translating the document?
No, translation is paid separately — €15 a page. As a rule the apostille goes on the original document in its source language.
Do I have to be in Georgia in person?
