Frequently asked questions

What does Armenian residence through employment cost?
On the partner's site the “End to end 2” package (EOR/outstaffing) is from $1,500 as a one-off, plus an employment fee — $1,200 a year (on a salary up to AMD 200,000) or 6% of salary if that exceeds $1,200. On salaries above AMD 200,000 the deposit, taxes and health insurance are paid separately.
What does the employment-based residence service include?
A formal employment contract with an Armenian company, opening bank cards and accounts, preparing and filing all the residence documents, obtaining the social card and translating the passport.
How long does employment-based residence take?
The partner states that documents are usually ready in 3-5 working days, and the migration authorities take about 30 days to review the application; in its marketing the company also claims residence in 10-20 working days.
Can employment-based residence be arranged remotely, without coming to Armenia?
No, not entirely remotely. Part of the preparation — gathering documents, for instance — can be arranged in advance, but the final steps (registration, filing, collecting the resident card) require a visit to Yerevan.
What documents are needed for employment-based residence?
The standard pack is the application form, a valid passport with a notarised translation, a medical certificate, the underlying document (an employment contract or an invitation from the employer), photographs and the receipt for the state fee.
