Business residence permit (dlouhodobý pobyt za účelem podnikání)

Carrying on business, registration in the commercial register or obtaining a trade licence (živnostenské oprávnění).

Long-stay visa for the purpose of business (dlouhodobé vízum za účelem podnikání)

Entry to run a business, carry on a trade, be self-employed or serve on a company's governing body.

Study residence permit (dlouhodobý pobyt za účelem studia)

Study on an accredited programme under § 64 of Act No. 326/1999 Sb.

Family reunification residence permit (dlouhodobý pobyt za účelem sloučení rodiny)

Family ties with a foreign national lawfully resident in the Czech Republic.

Permanent residence after 5 years (trvalý pobyt)

At least 5 years of continuous residence in the Czech Republic as at the date of the application.

Citizenship by naturalisation (udělení státního občanství České republiky)

Act No. 186/2013 Sb. on the acquisition and loss of Czech citizenship.
