Residence permit of a spouse of a citizen of Georgia
Marriage to a citizen of Georgia. The ground was introduced by the amendment of 25 June 2026 and applies from 1 September 2026. Before that date the spouse of a citizen of Georgia was granted permanent residence straight away.
