Financial requirement
A state fee of THB 50,000; thresholds by category (assets ≥ USD 1 million, income ≥ USD 80,000 a year), insurance ≥ USD 50,000 or a deposit of USD 100,000

Right to work
A digital work permit; a flat tax of 17% for skilled professionals
Residence conditions
There is no minimum number of days; annual reporting instead of the 90-day report
