Documents to gather

- A completed Visa Application Form
- A photograph measuring 2×2 inches attached to the form
- A valid travel document with at least one free page for the visa sticker, valid for at least 6 months after the visa expires
- A written request from a state body of the Kyrgyz Republic or from a legal entity registered in Kyrgyzstan, with copies of the constituent documents, the certificate of registration with the justice authorities and a certificate from the tax authority confirming that there are no arrears of taxes and insurance contributions (not required for nationals of countries with a simplified visa regime)
- Payment of the consular fee — only in the form of a money order made out to the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan
