Indonesian Golden Visa

The legal basis is Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights No. 22 of 2023 and Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 82 of 2023, published on 30 August 2023. The holder of a golden visa does not need to arrange an ITAS separately at an immigration office.

Golden visa for an investor founding a company (E28B Visa Investor)

A visa for foreign investors who intend to set up a company in Indonesia and to live in the country. The company has to be set up within 90 days of entry into Indonesia.

Golden visa for a securities market investor (E28C Visa Investor Pasar Modal)

A visa for private investors buying government bonds, shares in public companies or units in Indonesian investment funds.

Permanent residence permit (KITAP / Izin Tinggal Tetap, ITAP)
